I love these guys. I admit I was very worried about the movie coming out, over the years I donated probably 400 dollars, not alot but to me it is. I honestly started thinking I threw that money in the trash. It took a while but they did it. I understand losing trevor brought things to a halt but to their credit they still fucking did it. Can't wait to see it.

You're fundamental flaw is that you have zero understanding of slavic culture. So listening to you wax poetic about a left-wing American ideal of these situations it comes off incredibly cringe. I fear you didn't understand anything in this movie, don't take this as a personal attack it isn't it's just me pointing out that you are entirely and holy ignorant of Slavic culture and history so therefore you don't get the Dynamics at all, you just see this as woman oppressed by men. As a polish person, it saddens me to see Americans dilute our culture by injecting your left wing American ideals Into it.

I met Aislinn last night. There's no doubt that she's a great talent, but that fact is underscored multiple times if you've seen her work LIVE. She is incredible, and without a doubt a Hollywood star in the making. She delivers strong performances.

Looking forward to seeing this movie. This is a story we hardly ever hear about- the women in that world.

Well hopefully they'll put it to you on RUclips with commercials so people can watch it without going through a bunch of crap . Some of us really don't want any of those other social media I don't want to be flooded with a bunch of stuff from them and so I really do hope they'll do the smart thing and if they really care about this woman and if they really want everyone to know who she is they'll simply put the documentary on RUclips at some point with commercials

Jagna from the book is not as innocent as the one from this movie. Jagna is selfish, vain and not particularly kind. She's beautiful and all the men fall in love with her, and she uses that to get what she wants. The new Jagna is more of an innocent victim of her own beauty and it is "a modern (feminist) take on that woman.

Lovely to see Christopher Heyerdahl! Would love to hear the full interview - he needs more than 3.5 minutes!

I couldn't finish it... it was the dullest thing in a very long time. I don't see how that has been nominated. Way too boring. I've been watching really tons of movies, cuz I study it. But this one... by 20 min it was a torture already, wow... Just for the record, my favorite flicks are "The Man from Earth" (six people talking in a room); "12 Angry Men" (12 people talking in a room), and "Primer" (two people talking and breaking physics in a garage, so it's not that. It is just really unwatchable.
